Thank you very much :3TicClick wrote: s5g5y
It's next to ingame localisation (there are tabs in the bottom).
translated around 10% of the missing german FAQ and corrected some entries
EDIT: german section is almost complete
but duplicates in this case don't do any harm. If you quickly want to faq people, you don't want to risk getting the wrong faq.MillhioreF wrote: 2k1855
name-change and change-name have been merged into change-name. guide and tutorial serve slightly different purposes, and can probably be merged too, but I'm not sure of the best way to do that yet.
yeah, that's actually the faq I duplicated there :p.TicClick wrote: s5g5y
well we can add as many duplicates as we want, but they should be written in the same manner as color and colour are done.
The [https://osu-ppy-sh.tvgratuite.org/wiki/Global_Moderation_Team Global Moderation Team], in short[https://osu-ppy-sh.tvgratuite.org/g/4 GMT], a group of s that help run osu!. They have red names in chat and green names on the forums.I'm sure it can be improved a bit.
These guys help moderate the forum and chat.
I do! I'm keeping local backups just in case (I even have one of November 2012kingking9 wrote: 3x1z4g
i'm not entirely sure if anyone has a backup of the other languages of it though.
not that much, editor is full of slangs, so probably most of it will be in english, it would be retard to translate some words like "slider" or "hitcircle", and it would be confusing for new mappers to mod other people maps or to receive other people mods, since they would use their own slang. Also, probably the text would get disproportionate (bugged) since most of the text its character-limitedDingGGu wrote: 12737
it's very hard for all translators LOLpeppy wrote: 73101g
Great job, keep it going. I hope to add the editor and other remaining strings over the coming week.

btw, the docs now are protected with some kind of authorization, what kind of is this? I'm lost. It's not osu! acc, at least.
No way, please keep them, everyone knows a slider as a slider, even in spanish, same happens with a lot other words, use your common sense to change them please ^^Leeg wrote: 5184l

In the Spanish one we are translating everything except 'beatmap'. I think it can be done without damaging the 'experience'. The problem is being able to find the right words... but who said translating was easy?
Yes, that should work.XPJ38 wrote: 5t1mm
Just use "Compensación". People will know that it refers to "Compensación de sonido universal".Leeg wrote: 5184l
If that's not changed... I don't know how are we going to fit anything decent in there in the Spanish one :S
the reason is because they think that it's wrong, so leave a comment there to explain why your translation is betterLeeg wrote: 5184l

(However, I must say that we did something similar in the "Execute offset wizard" button and still nowadays there are people who change it without no apparent reason).

I was expecting to have to go through and fix stuff, but you've made some awesome fixes there. Good job.
