It doesn't matter whether they are present in the official music. In a map you cannot manipulate slider velocity with Timing Points if you want your map ranked.

You are manipulating slider velocity with Timing Points, and here's a quick way to fix it.
Right now, you have instances of 220 and 55 bpm. To fix that, recalling the lowest sv multipler is x0.5, set the instances of 55 bpm to x0.5 sv, and set the instances of 220 bpm to x2.0 sv. Keep in mind you will need to fix your general sliver velocity by doing so.

I know,but it will become 100~135BPM in this song...
The problem is some BPM have completely different slider speed,It look more strange... :o
Also I can't use SV multipler3.5x for this to Slider ([Challenge] 01:36:887 (1,2))
And this song is no 100~135BPM,only 50~270.

Sorry but I think currently is the best setting for this song.
If this is unrankable,I will talk to MAT/BAT.

In my honest opinion, Slider velocities could be manipulated, they give a SO nice effect!

I can multiply SV without inherithed points. (max: SV x4 with manual editing)

  1. 00:25:733 (4,1) - The pattern you have with these two sliders is pretty odd looking in my opinion. Try something like this that's more intuitive and better looking. They also blanket eachother very nicely.
  2. 01:11:056 (2) - This slider is pretty odd looking if you ask me.
  3. 01:36:443 (4) - Spacing between the previous slider and this note is a bit too large.
Basic

  1. 00:11:885 (1) - Put the whistle on the end of this slider rather than the reverse to follow your whistle pattern.
  2. 00:16:248 (1) - ^
  3. 00:33:560 - You should add a note here because of the fact that there's an audible beat at this point. It also flows well. I suggest arranging it like this and adding a NC at 00:34:343 (5) to shorten up the combo.
  4. 01:23:737 (4) - Move this up two grids to be symmetrical with the previous slider.
Difficult

  1. 00:22:995 (1) - Stack this on the bottom of the previous stream.
  2. 00:34:734 (2,4) - Make it so that these don't overlap.
Expert

  1. Looks good to me.

  1. Holy crap. This difficulty is intense.

Even if this was true, there is absolutely no indication whatsoever that the slider speed changes, which makes it unacceptable. I can understand for some slow sections, but many others are just you adding them for the sake of changing slider speeds, which is unrankable. I liked what you did with the slows because it fits and makes sense, but the how the slows are made is unrankable. Sorry,I don't want to use this timing for some reason:
  1. I want to keep BPM:50~270,not BPM:200~270(as I said before,it is from the official timing)
  2. If I use this timing,then I must Re-map those slow part.
  3. I think using BPM:50x4=200 for slow part is not fit.

Well, no, I mean two BATs plainly told you what's going on. If a BAT were to rank this now it'd be directly defying the other two.

Here's my opinion on it.

I think the difficulties are FUN AS HELL. Challenge is epic, and Expert is even better. The slowdowns in Challenge, however, do not add to the fun.
While you did a somewhat okay job at indicating their speeds with white combo colors, that sort of speed change hasn't been rankable for a very long time.

慢滑條的確很有梗,可是不用紅線就沒辦法達成...(綠線最少0.5倍速度還是快了些..)
還是說改成像Expert那樣1/1重疊?
雖說捨棄變慢的梗讓人不爽但是至少能ranked ;w;

其實有方法令BPM不用變都可以做到這效果..不用REMAP...

把sv轉做1.35 1.0part轉2.0 bpm 慢part轉0.5試試?

As those said, there are timing sections not needed at all, since they're just the same BPMs, divided by 4

I know something that can replace the unrankable sliders, but you gotta move the objects when done, if needed.
Replace those white sliders by circles, but use a VERY LOW distance snapping multiplier (even 0.0 works imo) and you can use the white combo for them. If the idea is bad, I have no other idea.

However, watch out for broken sliders. For example, in the Expert difficulty, 00:22:995 (1) -
while I'm at it, 01:21:556 (1,1) - (expert diff) this is quite a huge jump, and very surprising, given that the objects are a whole screen away from each other.

Functionality trumps already because some people make rules then decide to follow them only when it's convenient. That goes against the very concept of "rule" (which i remind you, is described as "may NOT be broken under ANY circumstance" in the wiki), so why would you make a rule if you know there will be some cases in which it's not possible to follow it?

Before some people go against me saying that i want the map unranked, that's not the case: I'm just pointing out how rules are broken.

Yes, Expert makes sense to me, but Challenge looks like completly random notes all arround.
Choose a song sounding really hard to make such hard maps next time ;).
