that's actually quite bad

anything you're physically on that is not stuck to earth itself will start experiencing negative gravity(be repelled instead of attracted) until you get off it

a random 1m bubble will appear within the city(or town or village) you live in every minute and when that bubble touches something, the bubble will explode, sending out the exact amount of water
