I assume you don't see any of the skin assets in-game. This is because the author of the skin did not downscale the HD files to SD resolution.

There are two possible fixes for that:

1. Downscale the assets using Image Scaler (we also recommend the author do it to avoid further problems for other s)
2. Go to your game's install location, find osu!.{system_name_here}.cfg and within that file search for HighResolution: and set it to 1
   
   1. This will force your game to always load @2x assets meant for HD resolutions (800p and above)
