I believe you should reduce SV for this section to better express the song. The same goes for spacing: it should be shorter, like... 01:02:520 (4,1) - wut ?.?

This applies to both the highest diff in the mapset. The Extra GD actually has a tiny difference of x0.10 in SV with the kiai time, but let's be honest: it is not noticeable enough to convey the proper feeling- 00:22:636 - let's take the stream part now.

- 01:33:561 (2,3,4) - the higest diff presents some really awkward diff spikes across the kiai time.
One of those examples is this triplet, which is suddenly spaced way more than any other thing in the map till now.
Please do mind diff spikes and try to avoid this stuff. reduced spacing.- General notice that the white combos are hella hard to play. Even if you put a warning in description that doesn't help much in gameplay. The way they get introduced is similar to a normal 1/2 snap (or even worse, smaller than a 1/4 snap 01:33:561 (2,3,4) - <.<"). Later on you even change drastically their spacing and it becomes like a jump: 01:48:301 (2,3,4) - 01:53:850 (2,3,4) - .
I must tell you that is really unpredictable and as a player I wouldn't expect such a big change out of nowhere. irc talked and readched another agreement that this two won't produce a difficulty spike like 01:33:561 (2,3,4) because of the two 1/3 patterns in former kiai. also reduced the second pattern's spacing since a circle is harder to catch than a slider

- I don't have much to say apart from the fact it is really cramped. Maybe increase SV and add a tiny bit of DS too, because it is really too short compared to the next diff in the spread raised overall DS to make this part more clearly. as for SV it seems not to help so kept.

You should try thinking at how mouse players will play this more than tablet players, since at this level many players will still be playing with mouse. I am a mouse player and I had thought how they would play.

This isn't the first time xexxar and mrsergio have popped bubbles based on subjective reasons and the basis that they just personally do not like the map. I do think it would be wise to stop popping for some silly aesthetic related reasons, not many ppl like the look of your maps xexxar believe it or not.
In your mods you should really be a lot more objective, also here's a tip - don't use so many question marks in mods, it's a bad habit

Not necessary. On one hand, the mapper has already succeeded making the stream consistent since 00:22:549 - is the slider end. On the other hand, the spacing is even 'more' consistent than your idea. Besides, I found no necessity to blame for the 'stream' consistency since 2147483647 maps use the same idea.

Apparent crescendo. No one is ever confined to follow only rhythm changes. 1/4 sliders are nice alternative to simply death screams. No one is ever asked to imprisoned in so-called consistency.

well, I find such slider shapes fun, with the first 3/4 rightward and last 1/4 leftward. The forth-back slider utilized here could not only reduce the actual movement player needs to do but also indicate some changes in music. Also, the curved design feels quite in line with the vocal

Do note that these people who are trying to improve your map and make you better at what you do are not trying to force you to follow their opinions; they're trying to bring you back to reality. A disagreeing opinion is not an attack, no matter how indignant and offended you get.
The issues with this map are conceptual, not based on each individual note. The map is treading the line of sanity as to what constitutes "the music", for the sake of having long streams and high spacing. I can tell you're trying to be special and make the map emotionally powerful for both the player and any modders. But you can do special without being stupid. This map isn't special, it's stupid. There's a difference.
For example, for 00:22:636 - to 00:33:734 - , both the top diff and kaedaka's use an overmapped stream to help with the buildup, but they both do it in completely irrational ways - imoutosan just has streams with 1/8 sliders put for small breaks with no rhythmic purpose, while kaedaka's stream has 1/8 sliders that seem to be following the chimes but don't always follow them and the stream patterns are completely off?

The problem here isn't with the map being overmapped. It's that it's being done wrong. And people are trying to help you do it right. They're not telling you to give up on the map entirely. You can fix this and make it great. It just requires itting that help is probably a good idea.

The game's translated name is Istoria of Suisou Ginka. Istoria (as 'history') means the story of the game.
Why is the hp drain 9? Well it is technically able by a well performed play enough, but I think it is way too harsh in this map especially for the first half. The rhythm density isn't really high which causes a constant drop of the hp. After the break, a continuous stream section including spaced streams appear, and then the rhythm density drops again. Making even a small mistake makes the play instantly fail, and even if the play managed to the stream section barely, the loss of rhythmic density didn't really made me alive.
Asked for more tests and changed to 8 now.

- 00:22:636 - I think the rhythms of this stream section could be improved. Right now, I'm not really sure how each parts are meant to follow the song each part. For example, piano sounds consistently appeared after a 1/4 slider as 00:25:931 (7,1) - 00:27:318 (7,1) - 00:29:399 (7,1) - 00:30:093 (7,1) - 00:30:786 (7,1) - 00:32:174 (7,1) - was done. But the same rhythm choice also appears at 00:23:156 (7,1) - 00:23:850 (7,1) - where the music is having a different feature. This made the rhythm choice for the pianos not really effective as they weren't only used for that particular part of the song. As you said, to treat this part as a calm section or not is quite subjective. In reference to the instrumental version (puush can't work here now, not sure if you can access to this link) and the video, it's quite clear that the composer intended to make this part as one of the intense part like the climax imo, even though this part has no vocals.
Besides the feeling of difficulty can varies from person to person due to their different skills. As you can see from the replays on leaderboard, this stream part is not that hard (compared with the jumps) to a number of players with 4kpp or even less.
01:33:561 (2,3,4) - This triple is barely audible in the music, why would you space it that much. I'd go for a really low spacing actually to reflect the music here.
Emmmm...Maybe we had different Equalizer settings? The inserted track of drums (from 01:33:387 - to 01:34:775 - , not only 01:33:387 - and 01:34:081 - ) sounds really loud to me (yeah, including this triple) that I feel this whole track should be emphasized rather than several single sounds here. According to this composer's habit, a newly inserted track always means an big increase of song intensity. It's quite reasonable that I used spaced triple and big jumps to emphasize the new track here.
01:39:630 (1,2,3,4) - This comes without proper introduction as it's the first 1/6 rhythm in the map and looks visually exactly the same as your other spaced 1/8 streams and triples which makes it very surprising when first encountered. I'd recommend you to use another spacing for 1/3 or introduce it properly with a slider first.
This pattern plays pretty well as it created a deceleration between two jump parts to show the changes of the song here. Although it is harder to read to a certain extent, players can still tell the difference of rhythm from the song itself and from the combo color (if they disabled beatmap skin, it's themselves that have to take the risk of losing some readability). Also this rhythm will become really easy to read after the first play. I don't think it's necessary to give up this nice pattern to make the map easy to read in everyone's first try.
And again, as you can see from the leaderboard, for most player's with ability to play this map, it's not difficult to notice this 1/6 rhythm here. AR 9.3 actually made this pattern looks even not similar as 01:33:561 (2,3,4) - , not to mention the spaced streams. From a player's view, this pattern is also fine to me.
01:47:954 (1,2,3,4) - What happened here? Even though this is introduced by a 1/6 slider, this is nowhere close to intuitive as 01:48:416 (3) - is weirdly hiddden under 1 and 2,4 are closer to eachother. You never made a pattern like this before and suddenly expect people to be able to read it? I'd just go for normal spacing as the song doesn't even do something that special there.
This part is intenser than former kiai (could tell from the instrumental version). In this case this pattern gives a intenser rhythm to show the rhythm changes and reduced the spacing to express the lowered tone at the same time. As for playability, 3 is just partly overlapped by 1 and it's totally readable to most players. There is difficulty to read the 1/6 rhythm, bus as you said, this pattern is introduced by a slider and it's not first time of this rhythm show up. In this case this pattern is still readable and fun to play unless the player can't do that single tap himself.
01:51:596 (2,1) - Very small 1/2 spacing after giant jumps and a spaced triple following isn't a good idea here, I'd say. You had all this spaced 1/3 and giant jumps before which could make this easily misunderstandable. Also, I still don't get why you'd space it as giant.
This is smaller than some other jumps but not "very small". The spaced triple is intended to emphasize the rhythm,
and again, 1/3 and 1/4 triple looks not similar under ar9.3. Even if a player can't really tell the difference, he could tell the rhythm in his second or third try. It's not necessary to make a map MUST be readable in the first play.
01:53:850 (2,3,4,1) - And now we are switching back to 1/3 jump shenanigans? Basically the same as before, this comes out of nowhere and is extremely misleading.
Same to 01:47:954 (1,2,3,4) - . Additional difficulty was intended to be set here to express this part as the most intense part. It's subjective that someone may not view this part as the most intense one, but it's definitely intense.
I have to say that from most players' views there are no misleading information in 1/3 back and force patterns. If someone really think it's unreadable and extremely difficult that can't reflect the song, it's because he is not good at playing high bpm patterns himself, rather than the pattern itself.
Also due to your gigantic buildup jumps I dislike how some of the more important beats get less emphasis than some less important notes.
Moreover to be completely honest with you, I feel like this map was only made to be difficult without keeping the music and playability in mind at some points.
This really makes me sadI had never thought of mapping for difficulty. Although I didn't use those common playable and easy-reading patterns, that doesn't means I paid no attention to the map's playability or readability. Just in the contrary, I took more effort in this map than others to ensure every pattern in this diff be playable and reasonable to most players. I understand there may be a basic disagreement with our idea of arranging the elements in a map ---- to choose something to emphasize, or how to emphasize something from the song. But these are subjective disagreements. Both your and my idea can work well as far as I can tell.

01:48:301 (2,3,4) - actually kinda agree with mao here, but not cause of readabilty, but because the high spacing 1/6 jumps seems so sudden and the intensity overall seems quite similar to your lower spaced 1/6 stuff, so I think this could be reduced. compare to 01:53:850 (2,3,4) - which makes sense cause it seems more intense overall with the strings

Changed to similar rhythm like 01:25:426 (2,3,1,2,3) - since they have same double-downbeat rhythm.
minor things, but 01:44:833 (1) - shape stood out in a strange way compared to your other visuals, I think something more curvy would work better

also 01:56:971 (1) - stacking this on 01:55:757 (2) - instead would be cute

hs suggestion: how about replacing drum-hitwhistle with the default soft-whistle so you can put it on the piano sounds you emphasized in the stream part?

00:27:853 (5) - didn't see a reason for this angle change either, normally it's placed on a sound in the song but here seems kind of random? This plays similar as an oval stream. However oval looks not fit so I made a slight angle here.
00:55:079 (7) - feels kinda useless as a note, there's nothing here really and the part is quite calm so filler rhythm is not that useful imo (if you implement this, you did it one time earlier on the same pattern. so change that too? 00:46:755 (4) - ) 00:46:755 (4) - catch a vocal there, so remove it will make that part a little weird. In this case, keep 00:55:079 (7) - for consistency feels better imo.

Since mostly I followed drum in kiai, which is opposite to rhythms with syncopation, skipping this redline feels awkward.
