Aaaand, here's another tool for osu! which allows you to automatically control Skype. It's written in Visual Basic and uses the MSN API of osu!.

Instructions

1. latest version of osu!Skype.
2. Unzip file.
3. Run osu!Skype.exe. (No installation required.)
4. Grant API access for osu!Skype in Skype. (See Screenshot #03)
5. You can create a shortcut on your desktop in the settings.

This seems pretty cool honestly. I wouldn't use it because I don't think skype is hard to handle as it is, but I see it being useful to many others.

The tool looks fantastic, but could you host the somewhere better like mediafire or mega? I'm having troubles ing it.

EDIT: The second link you posted that was hosted on your own website worked fine, you should probably remove the first one.

@reyder | Thanks. Uh, well, this tool was intentioned as something like a bot so it should make things more automatic (like setting you to "Do Not Disturb"-Mode while playing).

If you can minimize as an icon on the task bar, would be awesome. Would be better then the actual collapse feature that just minimize the window

It's been a while since I updated this tool but I'll add that as soon as possible (however, it will be a little hard for me 'cause the language which the interface is written with doesn't so called NotifyIcons).

What a neat tool, but it sucks that status messages are practically spammed if you keep changing songs :\
Oh well, I don't blame you because there's nothing you can really do about it, so nice work!

Is there any documentation for your MSNReader.dll you use? Would be interesting.

It works for Skype Portable? I can't make it work

It doens't seems to work with Skype 7.2.0.103
Skype see the API but the program can't modify anything (satus/name/etc...)

I'm having troubles migrating it I use osu! Skype sinc but it won't work (MineMare) Thanks!
