No, it is usually done to highlight (usually damp or more moisturized) sections of hair. The "wavy" effect is just a lazier way of approximating this effect. I am aware that I occasionally do this. It's because I'm lazy.

Example: your current avatar's hair has natural-looking highlights, whereas kideddie's Konata avatar has those obscure pointy light parts that don't seem to even make an attempt to follow proper light reflection.

I have an awpcomic stashed away adam I just can't find it.

But anyway you can draw all the weird little chibis you want, I don't care about those. I never say anything about those. I just wish you wouldn't cheapen the one good thing I've got going for myself on this forum and that's to bring lulz with my depiction of awp's adventures.

You know, I like the whole Pippi holding "enegry-ball-thing", but that's what I imagine hitcircles look like in real life. That's how I want Pippi to look like in-game, and yes, very pretty.

BTW: Elite Beat Agent fan art and Osu! Takkae! Ouendan! fan art is SERIOUSLY lacking.

I know what the mother-fucking title of the thread is, don't get technical with me, spaz. There's no doubt that these two games, however; inspired osu! and therefore is part of osu! which can, in this case, be drawn and still considered osu! fan art... We can't keep drawing Pippi forever, she's only a small part of what osu! is.

osu! fanart need not be limited to drawing Pippi (and if you've looked anywhere, you'd see that it isn't; the "Draw Pirates" thread had a heavily-underlying osu! theme to it) - there are of the community, too. People draw them. Hell, my beard has fan-art.

Also EBA/OTO fanart can probably go in the EBA/OTO thread.

Let's see Wojjan draw Vocaloid versions of some people in 10 minutes and then somehow implement a program that let's the drawing sing to us just because it's just that god damn easy. :x And i drew Vocaloid MOGS... because I can.... and it's free.... Well, not really, I had to buy the markers to draw them.
