After discussed the offset with Faust and blissfulyoshi, we think offset should be 1107-1111, so probably 1109 is the most fit one

And another thing, about the video, although it played well in osu, but it can't be opened in a media player, something is wrong maybe. Well, that doesn't effect much though

Please ask some more player or modder to check the offset

Okay i applied offset 1109

And about the video..I think you need a VLC player to play that and if i convert it in an .avi file the size will get bigger

Just to note, if you properly convert a video, .avi looks better quality/size (you can get smaller sizes if you want), at least in my experience (rarely work with .flv)
