00:37:616 (1,2,3,4) - i felt really uncomfortable when i reached this pattern. the twists and turns got me to the point that i can't take it anymore. i suggest that you re-arrange the notes like this. the flow would look smoother and it'll be easy to move during gameplay.
00:46:217 (1) - this spinner is too sudden to appear in a part like this. replace them for notes to follow the vocals, but if you ignore this, add a clap on the spinner for consistency purposes.

The SB to me seems stupid, inconsistent with NND, and overall is pointless. Nothing to point out here, but this is one of the few SBs I'd delete. Not because it affects gameplay, but that it's so pointless. The fact that it's nothing like NND is also really annoying, but that's a personal issue. It would be a lot better if there were an actual discussion. Shit, you can just grab a conversation off of NND and code it in there.

scorpiour's diff was nice though.
