-Why custom? You doesn't even have taiko-custom hitsounds in your song folder so it is useless.

It fits well with the song and with the next patterns BUT to avoid a possible stress, you can delete 01:01:471 (97) - (sounds even better, imo) or let 01:01:556 (98) - just a k. Up to you :s

00:21:599 (5,6) These two are in the correct spacing, yes. But they are too low, try to place them a bit more to the right. And since there is a break right after, it's easy to redo the spacing of the following notes.
00:26:227 (2) 3 ticks up looks better.
00:34:113 (1) This anti-jump is rather easy to miss-read. Put it farther, it'll not ruin the pattern.

00:03:956 (1) - that finish at the beginning is too loud. reduce the volume to 40% so that it matches the volume in this part of the song.

00:09:613 (1) - maybe it's just me, but i feel that this spinner doesn't belong here because the lyrics and instrumental are going for this part. i suggest doing something like this as it follows the vocals/instrumental nicely. if you ignore this, then you can come up with a similar pattern to what i suggested.
00:16:985 - add a circle here. it'll be consistent with the blue (3) since the rhythm is the same.
00:23:499 - same as above, but it'll follow the drums in the song.
00:25:728 - consider adding something here for consistency with the other diffs in this part of the song. i suggest a 2/1 slider to follow the guitar in this part of the song.

00:06:013 (3) - ooh re-snap this slider. it's off by 1ms and same as normal about the whistle.
00:20:414 (1) - consider spacing this out a bit and moving it at the middle. and making the slider like this. i think that the flow would continue to the next note as this note is at the middle of the end of (2,3). they're technically acting as a blanket for this part.
00:42:185 (2) - *nazi* stack this note perfectly. the blanket looks weird when the note isn't stacked perfectly IMO, also (1,3) can be curved a lot smoother. the arc of the slider looks a bit too steep during gameplay.
00:44:071 (5,7) - consider spacing these notes out so that it'd flow smoother to the song. it should make a diamond for this pattern like this.
01:06:013 (5) - if you want to keep this pattern going, space this out and align it to (3) so that it'd be shaped like an oval.
01:06:185 (6) - if you follow the suggestion above, move this between (5) and at the end of (4) so that it'd make a triangle for this pattern. i think the flow would be smoother since the shape for this combo is complete.
01:20:413 (4) - i think that a jump should fit here since this vocal tone decreases and the next combo's melody increases again, so stack this on (2) if you apply this.
