About the size, it's ok to make it larger than 10M if there is SB or video

- As I said, generally good.
- I prefer spare big notes for impressive parts, but others might think different.
- Setting kiai effect means notes in that part gets bonus score in Taiko. I usually recommend to put kiai somewhere but I won't urge, especially calm songs like this. (but still, these kind of songs also have up and down, huh?)

01:03:920 (4) - add x1.37. Not so good part to get HS jump. (Just in case, if you got to fix uninherited timing section in here to bpm 130, don't forget to remove x1.37.)
01:09:699 (1) - Big notes here does not sound that bad than I expected, but as you might know, I'm kinda strict about fitting patterns to music. I suggest normal note instead of big one but this is mere suggestion so don't need to be that serious.
01:17:083 (1) - Similar with above.
01:37:161 - Hmm, fill here might be better? There is sound, anyway. Emptying 01:37:392 instead?
01:40:392 (1) - kat might be better, considering relatively high pitch?

04:01:618 - Hmmmmmm, this measure line ing by is ugly.You can fix this by putting fake offset with 5/4 in 239772. (This actually can be problem, removing these unnecessary measure line by adding uninherited section cause some problem due to Ranking Criteria: 'Uninherited timing sections must be the same in every difficulty'. Anyway due to this I cannot force this to you although left-over measure lines are ugly.)
04:01:807 ~ 04:23:237 - These are actual BPM change so I cannot blame someone, but too many change in speed of notes is kinda confusing. Let's limit these to one per one measure, huh? (I don't force this cause this is actual BPM change and there isn't any radical speed changes.)

Hmm, not many things to complain, mostly suggestions, as always.

Only other comment I can make is that finisher notes are used a little too frequently in slower parts for my taste, but it isn't badly done either.

Hmm, so for timing change, just added x1.37, huh? Then that wouldn't be that big problem unless the note had 1ms of timing miss, but at least when I checked that there isn't any, so this should be alright.

Increasing AR would just make it harder. =P
And it is possible follow the melody without hitting every single rhythm. As I said - think simplification.
The post-spinner notes are not about what you can see while you're spinning. It's about this being the easiest difficulty. Even if it's a Normal, new people are going to play it. In general they spin with reckless abandon to get as many points as possible. They need lots of time to re-aim their cursor, and this is why I push for more time after spinners.
