Lately, there has been numerous occasions where beatmap nominators posted hearts on the thread of a beatmap before qualifying through manage. With the cap system, one might not know if they are able to qualify the beatmap (the cap might have been reached). With this information, we highly recommend that you try to qualify beatmaps through manage first, and then post on the thread with the heart icon second. This ensures that there aren't any hearts waiting around in the pending section.
