Problem details:
when you set your screen renderer to vulcan then make the screen windowed then fullscreen it glitches

Vulkan is an experimental renderer which is known to be broken on many configurations, and is not likely to receive fixes anytime soon. If it doesn't work for you then switch off it.

The only reason that it's still there is that if we remove it then the tens of linux s for whom vulkan somehow works will yell at us very loudly and persistently removing it.
