Each player must alternate (in his posts) between two roles:

1. [Guest] – a visitor to the cafe, enjoying the service;
2. [Staff] – an employee or volunteer working at the cafe.

You can start with role you like, it doesn't matter much, please to insert your [role] in beginning of post.

Also, please do not spam.

If game will get any attention, I can introduce ratings for players in future.

As you can see, next peppy's post must be [Staff] again, so (probably) he will be silent for a while, for prevent confusion in conversations. Posts themselves do not alternate roles, players - do.
