Problem details:
I'm having trouble updating my OSU game. This only became an issue after osu was blocked on my Wi-Fi. I usually use a VPN to by this, but even when I use the VPN, it still shows an error and won't connect to my or update the game. Anyone know how to fix this?

osu! version: Stable 20220829

Are you on stable?
If so, please switch to Cutting Edge release stream in your game settings and after some minutes, paste your network.log and update.log contents here from osu!/Logs folder.

Did you already try to:
  1. release, renew ipconig
  2. flush DNS
  3. restart modem, router?

I tried flushing my dns, it didn't work.
I'm not going to paste all of it, because there's a lot, but there's a lot of just this in my update log:

2025-05-28T07:38:39: Saving out global config
2025-05-28T07:38:39:
2025-05-28T07:38:39: Ending update thread with result: Error
2025-05-28T07:38:39:
2025-05-28T07:38:39: CallbackStatus updated to Error
2025-05-29T05:15:35: CallbackStatus updated to Checking
2025-05-29T05:15:35:
2025-05-29T05:15:35: Beginning update thread
2025-05-29T05:15:35: Stream: Stable40

and then this, after I switched to cutting edge:
2025-05-29T05:30:30: Running cleanup..
2025-05-29T05:30:30: Cleanup successful!
2025-05-29T05:30:30: Requesting update information...
2025-05-29T05:30:30: System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
