I ed mcosu to try a few minutes on steam and get back into osu just after but somehow it reset my tablet area and all the settings and now whenever i click on the edit tab in osu the go froze and have black screen, and if i alt tab the game froze too

Do you launch osu! from a shortcut or directly from the game folder?

No it did not. McOsu never writes any osu files, it just reads them.
What you describe is impossible on a normal functioning system.

Since you seem to experience black screens and freezes, this suggests that your system is broken in general and something else needs to be fixed.
