So, I Have Benn Playing on a Laptop with a Membrane Keyboard, and Basically a 1600 Dpi Office Mouse, So Should I a Mechanical Keyboard, And I Will Get a Drawing Tablet Soon, So Is the Wucom Clt-472 a Good Tablet for My First Drawing Tablet for Osu?

Yes. CTL-472 is excellent. As for the keyboard, I would say yes. If you just want something that is good for osu!, you should get something with rapid trigger, maybe a keypad if that works better for you.

Another question, Is a Normal Keypad or a 2 key Keypad better?, a Full Mechanical Keypad is Less expensive then a 2 key keypad, So Just wondering the difference, If I only want to Use it for Osu, And I Can Either Buy the Keyboard or the Tablet, So which one would be better for Improvement?

Welllll you can manage with mouse if you’d like, as we have recently got many great mouse players, but on the other hand tapping isn’t really an issue unless you’re stuck with like sticky hard to press switches or smth

You can get a good tablet after you honed your reading and aim on mouse. It will transfer so don't worry. A good keypad with rapid trigger will improve your accuracy and perceived latency by a lot, so I'd focus on that.

In my opinion, not yet. At your level and with the amount of time you've played, improving your setup won't change anything. Focus on enjoying the game and see if it's really worth spending so much money on it.

You can still play with your current setup just fine for now, assuming your keyboard is working fine and your mouse doesn't randomly jerking around.

But I'd like to give a perspective for people with a weaker finanicial status. It is a massive and often irreversible investment that you'd have to make it count for a specialised game gears such as osu. So aside from confirming to yourself that is it just nice to buy and own things, ask this; Would you continue to play osu for many more hours to come? How can I also make use of a tablet/mouse and keyboard if I decided to step away from osu?

Wacom One S (CTL 472) is a great option to play osu. A Rapid Trigger will be advantageous for playing higher bpm stream in the long run.
