yeah im 6digit and i was playing so much DT to the point that now i cant play AR below 10, but i can play ar 10-10.5
how can i relearn how to play it without finding it boring? every time i try, the map feels so slow and i miss everything.

Abandon AR<10 and push towards AR 11.

use difficulty adjust on harder maps to lower the AR to 9 and then 8 and then 7

you can also put DT AND combine it with low AR for an in-between

There is no shortcut. Go play lower ARs, or be limited forever.

Try to play 9.7, then 9.5 and you will get used to AR 9 in a few plays.

For AR 8 or below you will need to practice much more, but AR 9 is fairly easy.

AR 12 is the way to go if you ask me

Simple enough, gradually adjust your play to wide variety of AR on NM.

perhaps 9.5-10, and then you can try 9 - 9.5, maybe even <9 one day on really tough reading maps out there.
