Hi! I have a question.. What is the allowable size of the profile cover?

If you go to osu!wiki, you can see that "dimensions should be 2400x640", but if you click on the "Change profile cover" button and scroll down, it says "Cover size should be 2000x500"

So, which of these is worth believing?

Wiki page is not updated yet iirc. 2000×500 is the right size these days.
