The topic is self explanatory. But there's more I wanna say...

When you normally open chat, you can't actually play the game. For this reason, we can have a "Lock chat" feature. (maybe in the corner like in stable/a quick key) Meaning your chat stays open but you won't be able to type/click on names, allowing you to actually play beatmaps while looking at chat.

Exactly like stream chat. Since the play area is small, having it pop up from left/right and locking it should pose no issue right?

We don't even have to pop up the whole chat. Turning on the lock chat can reduce it's original size by half. So that it won't cover up any ui elements.

This would be really cool for players who chat a lot while playing and for GMTs.
