Problem details: friend who is online appears only in "offline" tab. We've tried to remove from friends and add each other again, changed online status and no results

upd: If I check him on the osu website he appers offline even though he is online in the game

doesn't help much if you block out any identifying information we can use to try and find out some information about them.
