Problem details:
Hi! I haven't seen anyone address this issue so I don't know if it's a feature or a bug but whenever you hold Alt + ScrollWheel Up/Down OUTSIDE of the grid in the editor, it's supposed to change the game volume (at least in stable).

I've been mapping for quite some time in lazer and I do it being the same as in stable, but it stopped working 2 or 3 updates ago if I correctly.

I added two videos where I'm holding Alt + Scrollwheel inside and outside the grid (can see the distance spacing going left and right in stable too), and same process in lazer, where the volume doesn't change.
(Holding Alt + ArrowKey Up/Down does change the volume tho and only after that you can hover the cursor over Volume Circle and use the ScrollWheel)

We're aware of this issue. A fix may come at some point, but I don't wanna promise anything just yet.

As a temporary workaround you can show the toolbar with Ctrl-T and then alt-scroll on the music controller icon to control volume, or do it from the settings menu (Ctrl-O).

I'm not sure if its the same issue thats causing this but I am having very similar behaviour on the multiplayer screen and song select.
