So I'm trying to sync this audio with this video that requires me to add more intro time, so the video is starting too late for the audio to be synced.

you can change the video offset instead, in the design up top right under the background image/video button there should be a slider to change it.

if it needs a very big negative offset you might consider trimming the video to make the file smaller and save space though.
