Summary:
  1. Expand current Modding Wiki resources. Current resources are either insufficient, are spread between different pages, or are too confusing for new s.
  2. NAT that resign cannot evaluate. The proposal was deemed as being unnecessarily complex. If more evaluation manpower were to be required, more evaluators should be added.
  3. BN Mentorship will continue with some changes. Gamemodes other than osu! may invite BN mentors on new cycles. Some other miscellaneous tweaks were discussed in the hopes of improving the program.
  4. Discussed several Veto proposals. The threshold for Vetoes to be upheld has been increased due to popular demand. Remediation on recent Vetoes affected by the change is ongoing.
  5. Promote new BN events. The BN mug event was well received.
