Double click the file you ed. If for some reason your system doesn't recognize .osk files as an osu extension, Right click > Properties, click Change... next to Open with: and select osu!. After that your system should be able to import those files into the game by just double clicking.

I don't get the precision score above when playing a map, I tried everything but nothing solved that error

There's some noises when saying "ne onii chan watashi no koto*suki?" in the result screen, the noises is around (*) mark. Overall its still a cool skin.
