I'll start this off. I know people that are older will be fond of games like WWF No Mercy for the N64, WWE Smackdown: Just Bring It for the PS2, WWE Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain for PS2, and many more games probably up until the 7th or 8th gen console titles (not some of the 2K games though... after 2K19, you're better off playing an older, more antiquated game). That doesn't just include WWE, but AEW, Fire Pro, Wrestling Empire, and many more non-WWE titles.

In my case, I played a few of them. I was always enamored with HCTP, SvR 06, and even watching some videos of 2K19 (the best 2K game for WWE, arguably). However, I don't tend to play wrestling games all that much, though they are a blast when playing older titles.

I wonder what y'all think of this.

I can confirm that they are some fantastic games. However, there are some modern games that are good (2K19 is one I'd recommend, and probably 2K14 and maybe WWE 12 and WWE 13 as modern titles).

Some older games I'd recommend are Here Comes the Pain for PS2, SVR's OG, 2006 and 2008 for PS2, No Mercy for N64 and even either Just Bring It or Shut Your Mouth for PS2.

i ed playing HCTP with my cousin fuck knows when. that shit was the bomb tho. would constantly play ladders matches or royal rumble pretty much everytime.

other than that I don't recall playing anything else.
