How to make it easier to read? Any tips? Any practice maps?

HT and osu!trainer are your friends. Practice slowly, make sure you're hitting everything properly and ingraining the right muscle memory. Go into the editor and really analyze how to hit the patterns.

Also, don't hyperfocus too much. I did this once a while back and didn't get anywhere, probably because I sucked at everything in general and it was too early for me to be worrying about 1/6. It started naturally clicking over time as my finger control improved (just through working on speed, streams, etc.)
