I can't time this properly because it uses double timing, the metronome clap doesn't match the speed of the instrument.
The intrument offset is 0ms, but the metronome offset is -17ms.

You can't just cheese it by taking the middle number between that, so my solution for you is to decide what to map entirely and ignore the other. Since your map consist of mostly rhythm that follows the instrument, so that means you should go with 0ms even if it would sound off.
It sounds off because of the additional annoying metronome that you can do nothing about tho. So just explain the BN carefully if you're aiming to rank this
