Akitoshi is well known to make gds and he also only got a map qualified this month. So I don't see what's wrong with wanting to make gds that are only for rank despite not having a ranked map themselves.

I agree with you on the "give me kudos everytime" part though.

My main point was that he doesn't even have a ranked map yet. Making a rule like that is just pointless and stupid.
