You're not the first person to achieve that EXACT score. The leaderboard works in a "first come first serve" way when it deals with the exact score.
All of the leaderboard has the exact same score, and since it's first come first serve, the person who achieved #1 was the first to achieve it, and the people under it would be second, third, etc.
Just to make sure, can you clarify what your initial problem is? It's a little hard to understand. I think I may have misunderstood it - let me know.

If you look at the screenshots and the time stamps. It seems they got the score before the other guy, But the other guy is higher up.

My only thought is that you made the score.. But then didn't submit it until later either because you were offline or your internet was bad and the servers couldn't get a connection? That's the only logical thing I can think of.

was not not so I stayed one week in rank then I went looking and comes out of nowhere

This bug seems that has not been solved.

I take two screenshoots a long time ago of a beatmap without spinners:


I take this the day the map gets ranked


I take this 5 days after

As you can see, many of the scores simply dissapear of the scoreboard. And if you look the scoreboards today (https://osu-ppy-sh.tvgratuite.org/b/822693 there are other people in the entire scoreboard.
I have seen this in a lot of beatmaps.

Like I said, this is a known issue
It got marked as resolved, while it should've been marked as assigned

If there is no spinner or just more than one player gets the same score, the first to achieve the score is the top one. And should be.
Also, when you play the game, there should be that very top person shown on the top of the leaderboards.

However, sometimes a bug occurs and instead the last person to achieve is shown on the leaderboards, like here

I saw this bug both on CuttingEnde and Beta, no idea about other releases.


For a moment I thought that it can be related to having someone in friends, thus game forcing player on the top of leaderboards (which would be a little ridiculous, as most of people adds top players to the friends and... why would someone want to always see a friend on the top of leaderboards, instead of the person that legitimately deserves it for being first, anyway? Well, I bet some people would like, but not in general, while talking about the community as a whole. There is friends rankings for that...)
Nevertheless, I tried this idea, deleted some people from friends to test it, waited quite a moment, re-logged, restarted the game, changed game release etc., but nothing changed. The person is still on the very top of leaderboards, while playing the game, despite of not being first on the leaderboards.

Well, complaining about it most certainly doesn't help move things along.

This will likely *not* be fixed in the current osu! client. In the future we my figure a better way to show tied scores, but for now please deal with it.

Note that this is completely cosmetic and does not affect actual rankings.
