Amazing skin, I love the elements used with the mania skin, especially the lighting.
Do you plan on doing a Taiko or a Catch the Beat portion to this, or is it strictly Standard/Mania?
I do plan on making this a skin for all game modes eventually. However, I'll start on the other modes when I feel like it and found some ideas, so it might take a while longer. Taiko will most likely come first.
That's another feature that was added to osu! very recently. As far as I know, the picture previews only show up in skins that use skin behaviour version 2.2 or above, so that's why it may seem new to you. it shows the first frame of the mania-hit on ranking on all judgements. so it's not that important to fix. It seems mania prioritizes the first animation frame over the static non-animated ones.

Glad to hear you like it! The combobreak sound has always been like this, though since it's a very deep sound I can see why it might be hard to hear depending on what you use as audio output. Also, here's another small update, which includes a new Pause/Fail screen, along with some fixes and other minor adjustments.
I also added a black version of the score font set. What for? If you're into playing with minimal distractions, you can use it to "turn off" score and combo information more or less) visible on the ranking .
How to
Find the skin.ini in the Aesthetic folder, and change the following line
to
ScorePrefix: fonts/aller/score
to

Really like the hit sounds. If you don't mind would you please tell me how to remove the progress bar/chart, ranking and blackout the score,thank you.
Hmmn, I think the blank sound file for ready.wav was saved incorrectly, because whenever I play a map that has the countdown enabled, it plays the default "Are you Ready" sound file instead. Upon inspection of another skin (Luminance), it seems like the correct name for the file should be readys.wav
Also, is it just me or are the score-1 images slightly more grey/transparent than any of the other score-number images?

Under some background conditions, the contrast between "1" and any other score number isn't that big, but on other backgrounds, there is some difference. Though maybe my eyes are tired and/or I am hallucinating. That, or I'm picky.

1. a tick instead of the default O for section- in the same style:
2. the big rankings don't really fit the overall style I think, so I changed them back to default for now,
but maybe you could add some alternatives if you have time (maybe even the smalls just made bigger

Could you give me a default list of Stagelight colours please, because if I guess it looks ugly ?

Unfortunately, I can only use one value for the start of the columns, so they won't be centered on standard resolutions. The best way to fix this for your own resolution is to change the ColumnStart value in the 7k.ini file (and any other *k.ini file) in the Aesthetic skin folder. Reducing the value by about 100 seems to work best, so for 7K try setting it to ColumnStart: 206 if you want to center the columns. You can also change the ColumnWidth value to make each column shorter if you like.paulo60379 wrote: 1l411e

I figured I'd post here since I've been using this skin and people are going to see me using this skin, so I thought I should give you some credit.
This is the best skin I've ever used. It took me a while to get used to the minimalist style of the skin, but now that I'm used to it, it feels a lot easier to play. Plus the hitsounds are very nice.
