What the fuck Ephemeral, you're 22 days late.
Not sure how to react to this. I'm pretty happy that such a measure was taken, but I really really wished the previous MATs did not get moderation powers. I just feel that some of them are definitely not fit or ready for the job. For personal reasons, but I still very much dislike it.
Oh well. Gratz.
In some way, I have to agree with Color :/Mr Color wrote: 2r8t

There was a lot of MATs who gave priority to modding friend's maps. Now they're BATs. "Step up"? Don't sure.TheVileOne wrote: p102h
I really hope they step up the modding quality as BAT. I'm not referring to all MATs, but the ones I am referencing know who they are. This responsibility hike might do the community some good or it may be disasterous. It all depends on how responsible people actually are.

Well, thinking on this point he's right, maybe the extinction of the MATs can bring good things.Andrea wrote: ev47
Let's be positive, everyone.
Do not start with negative thoughts even before we will see how things come out, let's give a chance to everyone and see how it goes.
Just wanted to say this :3
This. Couldn't have said it better. :3Teara wrote: 6q64f
I honestly cant believe most of you have such a low regard for the former MAT team. Not just anyone could get into MAT, and just because you got more power doesn't mean you automatically abuse it. Ephemeral has also clearly stated that we should know what he thinks about people stepping out of line. Every action has a consequence. Have a little more faith.
I will say that everyone is a human being and human beings by nature make mistakes. That of-course doesn't excuse you if you abuse your power. I'm talking about mistakes, not being a idiot.
Agreed! Us former MAT bumped into the BAT will do our best to improve upon our skills even further in a foremost extensive manner. We will try our best, so don't single any one of us out! We all are equal. Even though some may think that some of us are worse modders than others, we're all going to do our best to help. That's our duty, is it not? Please, think of the good that can come out of this. If something truly doesn't work out, there will be rules or such possibly appended and things changed to make things better.Teara wrote: 6q64f

Each day is a learning experience. I personally will strive to improve my modding abilities to the utmost.. to become a better modder and mapper that I am currently. Even I know I have a lot to learn still. I'm no fool.
I don't think I'm the only one that thinks this way (or so I hope.)
