If youre refreshing 's page when it isnt on top (atleast for small window resolution), it went bugged and showing messages count and "Change nickname" button twice.

1. Visit 's page
2. Scroll down abit so left summary will be scrolled down with you
3. Refresh the page

Video:
This has been happening to me recently.

Tested it in Firefox 13.0.1 and this does happen.
Tested it in IE 8 and it doesn't happen.
Can't replicate it in Firefox 17.0.1

Edit : Wait, it happens but it's only appear for less than a second and it fix itself.
It should fix itself once the page fully loads (and the javascript kicks in). I can't replicate on chrome.

This fixing for me if only im refreshing the page somehow (for example, as in the video, scrolling again).
Maybe FF settings matters, ive disabled many things to decrease RAM usage.

Yep, tried to reprocude on IE8. No problems there.

I have a specific preference file on my firefox, maybe that should explain causing the problem for me somehow:
# Mozilla  Preferences

pref("app.update.enabled", false);
pref("browser.search.update", false);
pref("extensions.update.enabled", false);
pref("extensions.update.notify", false);
pref("extensions.pendingOperations", false);
pref("extensions.blocklist.enabled", false);
pref("browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers", 1);
pref("config.trim_on_minimize", true);
pref("browser.shell.checkDefaultBrowser", false);
pref("browser.feeds.showFirstRunUI", false);
pref("browser.rights.3.shown", true);
pref("extensions.shownSelectionUI", true);
pref("toolkit.telemetry.prompted", true);
pref("browser.places.importBookmarksHTML", false);
pref("browser.privatebrowsing.dont_prompt_on_enter", true);
pref("geo.enabled", false);
pref("browser.safebrowsing.enabled", false);
pref("browser.safebrowsing.malware.enabled", false);
pref("privacy.donottrackheader.enabled",true);
pref("dom.event.contextmenu.enabled", false);
pref("browser.tabs.animate", false);
pref("browser.display.show_image_placeholders", false);
pref("gfx.direct2d.force-enabled", true);
pref("layers.acceleration.force-enabled", true);

Im thinking that those things may stop loading the page:
pref("extensions.pendingOperations", false);
pref("browser.display.show_image_placeholders", false);
pref("gfx.direct2d.force-enabled", true);
pref("layers.acceleration.force-enabled", true);

But anyway, if its only me, then it doesent matter.
If you disable loading images on Firefox, you will notice that the profile on the left side is simply redrawn when the scrolls the page (notice how profile background color changes).

I also browsed the page under Opera Mobile on Nokia E71 phone, and there's a delay on page scrolling stuff. From there, you'll see that the profile on the left side is doubled.
How does disabling images affect it, though?

If I disabled images from Firefox settings, the pink background is no longer visible, and you'll see the purplish-blue-colored background (color on the sides) instead.

If I scrolled down, the page will be redrawn and also forming a background color for the page as well.

EDIT: With images disabled on Firefox settings...

I have the exact same problem than OP, but that's because I have a script that uncomments those 2 lines in the pages:

I guess this is normal.
This is relatively low priority so I am moving it to the low-priority queue.
I encountered a slightly different issue. The extends beyond the footer area, if you expand your favorites list and then collapse the beatmaps tab. It behaves like this on IE 9 at least.

I have 50 favorites. I'm not sure if this works with less favorites. The effect it overlaps changes depending on how far down you're scrolled when you collapse the tabs. Having historical tab opened also increases the overlap as seen in the screenshot.
I can't get this to happen except in IE9 compatibility mode. And considering IE9 is barely ed itself, and the site is pretty badly broken in compatibility mode there anyway...
I actually got the same thing on TheVileOne under Firefox, but only at certain point of scroll. Scrolling all the way down won't be replicateable.
Fair enough, then. Unresolving.
I honestly can't replicate this. Latest firefox.
This is better way to replicate TheVileOne's issue.
1. Close all the s (General, Top Tanks Ranks :P, Historical, etc.)
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom.
3. Open any that can extend the whole page (like General).
4. Scroll the page by some pixels going up. (This is to reposition the on the left).
5. Close the you opened.
