It's an .osk file. You just have to open it with osu!
There's no need to put in Skin folder.

Loving the skin so far! Only problems i'm finding are the thickness of the approach circle and some of the quality of the images, otherwise it's a nice Yaya skin.

Please do not do a double post

Instructions when using .rar:
1. Open the .rar file that you have
2. Click the folder and click extract
3. Find your osu! folder and find "Skins" folder
4. Click extract

There you go!
