Consider stacking it under 00:28:784 (2) - or making it a NC to help mark the sudden DS change here.

00:34:684 (2) - It sounds really extra here. One, is because like the previous stanza, you did not use a note at 00:28:284. Another reason is because this note itself does not hit any beat nor vocal whatsoever.
So, either remove this not, or add a note at 00:28:284, so the rhythm in both stanza's remain consistent.

00:58:984 (3) - NC, since it's the first object to appear in Kai time.

Move preview time on 00:58:984. Current preview time is not wrong, but it's better when it shows the most lively part of the song. Player should click on preview and say: "wow, much song, so cute", but the current part will not show that much. I personally think this kiai is less important than the ending one.
The song name is not "Daydream Cafe." Change title to "Daydream café" and romanised title to "Daydream cafe". Capitalization was wrong and "e" was supposed to be "é"
Add Okubo Kaoru to the tags since he composed the music.
I don't think you should use same CS for all the difficulties, might be mentioned in future mods and might be harder to get bubble with that, however it's nothing unrankable.

[Insane]

AR -1, definitely. Firstly because the gap between other settings is too big. Second problem is that you use patterns which are making AR9 non-viable. Exactly I mean sliders under sliders and high ammount of stacks. This is much more readable with AR8 and also the BPM of this song is not supposed to fit such high AR. It's not "The Big Black", right :D
OD +1, currently it is really easy to SS first try, because it doesn't require player to be accurate, it's just like they played normal difficulty with insane patterns, so this is quite important to fix.
01:20:784 (1) - Probably only one thing I would really want to see changed here. What about moving it on 508;31 so you deny the flowbreaking anti-jump, which is here just to confuse player. Placement I recommended also makes nice jump to the next slider, so the kiai is still lively for whole time of the kiai.
00:12:184 (1,2,1,2) - Idea is fine, but more correct is if you remove both NCs and add only one on 00:12:384 (2), because the sound you followed starts on 00:12:384, not 00:12:184.
I would mention even more NCs, but I see you based it on vocal, what makes it really inconsistent, so I just wanted to say it is not that great idea to follow vocals when making new combos, however I'm not saying it is much wrong, but new combos based on downbeats mostly make more sense.
01:06:384 (2) - I think you should change this slider so the flow fits both 01:05:384 (1) and 01:06:984 (3). Currently the way it started was really weird, since the flow was natural before, but suddenly you just force the player to make unnatural movement. I think you should see the flow is different than rest of the pattern. Try something like this.

AR -1. Same reason as Insane, too high for the song and difficulty, also if you fixed it on insane, you shouldn't keep same on hard.
HP -1. It shouldn't be same as insane, also current was high for hard diff too.

00:30:184 (1,2) - This also doesn't even follow the music well, meaning it's overmapped a bit. There's obviously easy way to deny it by making 1/1 note and then putting 3 circles. Like this.
00:39:784 (1,2,1,2) - Same issue as 00:15:784 (3,4,5,6). However this time 00:39:784 (1,2) fits well with violin sound, but 00:40:584 (1,2) seems to follow nothing. Consider remaking 00:40:584 (1,2) into one 1/2 slider and 2 circles like this. 00:47:584 (5,1,2) - ^. Always the same problem. Follow vocal or background music, but I really recommend you to change these patterns. To be honest, it's only thing that bothers me in hard difficulty.
00:49:384 (3) - Damn.. I trust you can map this better! Try pattern like this, using that much repeats, while music doesn't require it just says that mapper was boring, there's nothing creative about this. 01:02:184 (1,2,3,4) - Same as 00:15:784 (3,4,5,6) and others..

01:08:184 (1) - Definitelly, don't do this. Almost all circles in this slider are just out of the song, so it's again overmapped and also those repeats are just lazy. I trust you can find way to map this much better using 1/1 and 1/2 sliders/notes. Also it might be confusing for newbies.

Not much to mention here, there are some details obviously, but I just wanted to point out mainly the important things. Good luck with map :3

OD 4 on Hard is really too low. Consider at least 5. but 6 would be better

Also on Insane, HP5 OD 6 .. I recommend raising both HP and OD to 7 and AR 8 fits this song.
