I'm not sure how helpful I was.

Claps seemed spammy in areas. The claps make it especially difficult to find the beat after missing.

00:30:402 (3,1,2) - Snaps shouldn't change here IMO.
00:33:259 (1,2) - This should be 0.9 like the other parts.
00:38:021 (5) - Add whistle to start?
00:39:371 (4,1) - Not the same snap as 00:40:323 (4,1) - ?
00:44:133 (4,1) - Similar smaller than usual snap.
00:44:926 (4,1,2,3) - Ugh at this spacing. It's not pleasant to look at and don't really see a reason why the spacing should be like that.
00:51:117 (2,3,4,5) - This would be better if the start of the curve more aligned with 1. the curve should complete a natural arc you would move from 1 to get there.
00:57:545 (1,2,3,4) - I think moving 2 grid 4 units up would align it perfectly with previous combo.
01:39:390 - Why is this on 1/8th?
01:47:069 (1,2,3) - Doesn't look very flowing to me. How is someone supposed to detect that change in spacing?
01:49:847 (1,2,3,4) - You keep changing snap. Why?
02:01:355 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3) - The pace you have to move keep changing speeds. I may be wrong, but it just doesn't seem flowing.
02:04:926 (4,1,2,3) - why is this spaced like this? You're changing snap every note.

02:04:926 (4,1,2,3) - why is this spaced like this? You're changing snap every note. Like I said before it doesn't matter that much. Also when you get to the circle it's no longer a 1/6 jump (since it's a circle) so that new spacing is fine.
02:09:371 (3,4) - Spacing...? While you're at it, there's no sound here 02:09:767 (5) - . Delete and fix pattern. It's a slider, the player uses the leniency to get there, no problem. There is in fact a sound at 02:09:767. You need to listen more closely.
02:10:085 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - This is just clap spam. I can't find any rhythm from all these claps. No, it fits the music.
03:10:799 (1,2,3,4) - What happened to the music? I sense it will be difficult to find the beat after this. But it's the song. :/ That's why I swallowed the offbeat portion in a slider. It allows the player to hear the beat change and not have to worry.

00:55:561 (3,1) - is 0,69x, 00:55:799 (2,3) - suddenly 0,62x and then back to 0,69x at 00:56:275 (4,5) - :? Movement speed differences. First one is farther than the other one, so it goes from a faster spacing to a smaller spacing. Then again the bigger spacing, so bigger space. For the last part the player is moving sharply up, and I don't want them to have to move sideways too quickly (the flow intentionally sucks). Therefore, lesser spacing.

Only had one small suggestion on the taikomap, which I mentioned to MMzz. The map is fun to play, much like Caravan Palace - Dragons, although there is some potential wasted imo (it would've been interesting if there were 2 taikostyles "split" in the map at appropriate places). 9/10 would play again and again.
Is this still going for Approval?

It's not long enough and not that hard that it couldn't get ranked...

It's got 30 mil score, it has to be approved in some shape or form.
I think other difficulties wouldn't be able to capture the complexity of the song. Easy difficulties usually just scrape the basic beat, but this one's basic beat is complicated 1/6, something not fit for an easy.

A map can have 300 mil score, as it's added to ranked score anyways, this has nothing to do with it going for rank or approval.
Also, I actually just tried to map a few secs of an easy. Imo it's pretty doable using 1/1 and 1/2 beats and doesn't feel wrong in any way.

It's not about challenging (anymore). It's more that the Song could have easier Diffs too.
my two cents, I personally saw this happen in dragons and I felt as if it was cut for app, I would like to see other diffs but I wouldn't hold it back if this was the mappers intent.
Get back to me after this is sorted out I have something for you.

I think the idea was that it wasn't bubbled before the rule (although it was submitted).
Regardless, it looks like this can go for approval again, so it shouldn't be a problem to bubble/approve

- Your Standard Diff (Insane), is still in osu! format v9, you should update again and transform the file in V10. On the other hand, your Taiko diff is in format v10 but it is missing the Artist Unicode and Title Unicode, you should inclued them because it is unrankable I guess.
- Tags: Add MittenMasterzz because he has ranked GD with this name..

As I said before little check, looking some things. I'll recheck after you fix this.

Fixed the file format and metadata, did not change tags as mitten hasn't included those tags for any of his new maps.

Alright back to bubble 1 again. Some metadata got changed, may or may not require a re.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against this to go for Approval, as it is a great map, but some people will most likely complain and ask the following question:

Why exactly is this an exception to the "Marathon maps only"-rule? The map is not that hard tbh, and easier diffs would be mappable theoretically.

Srsly, I'm really just curios, I don't want to offend anyone.

The rule is very likely going to be cleared up after this map is approved. It's a gray area right now, which explains the differing opinion on this map.

Uhm, sorry Charles, the map is great and no problems, but after rethinking of it for some time I *still* not feel really confident to approve this (due to it's somewhat in a 'gray area' as you said above) ._.

Please kindly take my stars instead (I'm not popping the bubble though), Nekomata Master songs~ xD

Heh...I don't know about this map. I love how you are once again unique in your mapping style, but I'm kinda wondering "why" to the style you've chosen to use for this music. If I were to have mapped this, I'd have used far less hitcircles and aimed for a more typical Insane. That, and the hitsounds feel overly loud for 03:29:926 and after. Guess there's nothing wrong with trying things though. after it got appproved, I know, but as someone who enjoys playing your maps I hope it helps in your future mapping.

Thanks for the ! You're right, there were a bunch of circles (kriers was talking about that a few months ago actually).
As for why I did this again, I was feeling quite silly and wanted to make something hard in the same way as Byakuya Gentou.
I'm not sure about the hitsounds - I think a lot of PCs play sound differently, so I'll need to look into that.

map threads should all have like this, this is what mappers need
