You should remove audio from video to save place. Ask LoliFlan for that http://puu.sh/1cMz6. After replacing video do full resubmit.
Snoop Dogg in SB should move faster and to the rhythm of the music. Take fixed .osb http://puu.sh/1d1ci (Stefan's suggestion is really good so fixed that too for you.
Add "thenutritiousguy" to the tags(old Stefan's nick).
SG's diff contains additional uninherited section while all red lines should be consistent. Either add that line from SG's diff to others or delete it.

Anyway, Milk, you should add some more tags to the Map. As first, you should add the Anime of the original Opening (I guess it was Bakemonogatari) and also "rap" and "mash-up" because they're genres and people will find easier Songs to these genres.

00:13:296 (2) - ctrl+g (reverse) for better flow? Due to the nature of these sliders (they don't exactly need to be dragged that far in the right direction), this just creates a sort of linear flow. Following your suggestion would also kill spacing.

00:20:546 (3) - ^, left -> right -> left -> right~~looks fun :> Due to difficulty 00:19:546 (3,4) - can't be too highly spaced. Additionally I've liked these patterns ever since I played a certain difficult maps on the server.

01:21:296 (5,6) - ctrl+g? follow the direction of music :> Spacing issue. Also if I were to follow the direction of the music just for this section I can just vertically flip [the entire map], but that wouldn't make much sense.

00:02:046 (3) - I think it would be a better idea to make this slider just like 00:03:046 (6) -. (same goes for 00:04:046 (2) - ) It would fit the music better aswell.
00:08:671 (3,4,5) - Try adding a whistle to 3 and 4's tail, then remove the whistle from 5. I think it establishes a better flow to the hitsounds with the rhythm.
00:27:296 (1) - Remove this combo? I don't get why it's here.
00:29:796 (6,1) - Put the new combo on 6 instead of 1, so they are the same color. (You don't have to, but it just looks nicer.)

Tick rate 2 for my diff would cause the only two sliders that have ticks (00:58:046 (1) - and repetition) to have an unnecessary emphasis during the slider, which I do not want (both the rhythm and vocals are suggesting a 3/4 slider without any emphasis during the middle of it). Though my diff is made of lots of 1/2 rhythms, and normally I would agree to use tick rate 2 in this scenario, I cannot agree with this suggestion this time. Thanks though :3

Just a remark, reading through previous posts you said AR+1, however the map is AR8 and OD9. To be honest I think it's okay, but see that you really want this sorted like this or not.

01:04:796 (4,5,6,7) - I have a suggestion for these. How you did it is not wrong but I think I have something that would follow the music better. Something like this: http://osu-ppy-sh.tvgratuite.org/ss/481111. You make 4 face down and 5 somewhere in that area and you stack the 6 where 7 is, because there is this woopwoop sound which sort of repeats (has the same pitch), so it would make sense to have 6 and 7 stacked. Up to you if you want to do it like this. (the copypasted version later on is fine as it is because there is no that woopwoop sound or how should i describe it

01:07:046 (5,6) - This spacing is really confusing. It needs to be smaller. Actually same applies to 00:59:046 (5,6) as well.

The spacing between 1 and 2 is greater than what you used around here, but I think it's okay, however spacing between 3 and 4 feels somewhat cramped, and having 5 stacked on top of 4 feels kinda bad too. I would increase the spacing between 3 and 4 a bit, to like 1.8x or something (in the next part you even used 2.0) and then just unstack 5 and use normal spacing. 00:53:046 (1) - You don't really need this new combo, right? You didn't use one at 00:45:046 (4,5) either.
00:55:046 (2,1) - Too big spacing for a normal.
